Ok, so here we are, we are stuck at home again. What shall we do with our time? for the most, cuddles and free play sound like a beautiful way to spend our days! Although, we will be taking full advantage of this, sticking to our daily rhythm by honouring the daily rituals we do day in and day out, is going to be the way to survive lockdown. We will be honouring the flow, the breathing in and breathing out feeling of the day, by sticking to a loose rhythm we will be giving our children

Isn't story time simply a wonderous experience? Telling stories is a beautiful way to connect with our children. However it is you choose to tell them, whether it is from a book, with puppets, props, or off by heart, one thing is for sure the act of story telling it's self has the power to transform a ordinary day into something a purely magical. I wanted to add a little mindful ritual to our story time, something to honour the moment, something that signalled to my children that it was time to settle in and calm any extra energy they
